    Returns
  • Returns We accept returns on merchandise unused, in a resalable condition with tags attached for exchange or refund with in 14 days of purchase.
  • If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase there is a 15% restocking fee.
  • After 60 days, goods will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Any shortage or wrong items received must be reported within 10 days. No claims will be accepted after 10 days for those reasons.
  • No returns are accepted on custom or clearance items.
  • All merchandise sold in sets must be returned in sets.
    Return Merchandise Authorization
  • No return merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly displayed on exterior packaging for processing. An RMA can be obtained by calling a Revgear Sports Customer Service or Sales Representative at 800-767-8288.
  • We recommend Recorded Post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
    Credit
  • You will be credited by the original method of payment.
  • Goods are returned to Revgear Sports at your own expense. A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling will be charged to your credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
  • Allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund or credit.
  • Send your returns with your RMA # posted on the box to:
