I run a martial arts school, and we sell these shoes exclusively. I have not seen another shoe that allows for so much flexibility of changing the shape of the foot while still offering protection. The smooth sole makes pivoting much safer and easier. My only problem: I've seen these shoes literally come apart at the seams lately, but RevGear has been great about replacing the faulty ones. I still give 'em 5 out of 5.
