Pros- the pads fit very well for the most, i would recommend them to a friend or fellow martial artist any time. Also they are fairly cheap for the quality of the item, which is a definite plus in my book. Cons- the only con i really experienced with these pads, is that when heavy sparring, sometimes they shift off the center of foot or shin, which is not that bothersome, but thought i might as well include it. Overall i think this is good product for the money being spent.

Pros- + Good protection + Price + Stay in place when grappling Cons- - Difficult to get on/remove - The space between the two pads can sometimes pinch the top of your foot causing it to be uncomfortable. Im glad I purchased these and for the price it doesnt get better. But leather always beats cloth...

great produce for the price!!! hard to get on and off but hold in place then working on the ground and for the price you cant beat it!
