Since Covid I have not been going to my gym. A friend and I have been working out in her driveway. The medicine ball has added another dimension to our workout. It seems very substantial and it adds to the variety of things to do. I am very happy with the medicine ball as well as other things I have bought from Revgear. Everything is holding up and they've earned my trust.
I haven't utilized it yet but this thing definitely has solid construction!
