Personally, I like this product. It is well constructed and made of qaulity matertials. I am 6ft and 200Lbs I bought an XL. It fits me well if your a smaller frame you and like your clothing a little more fit you could pull off a Large. If I bought one again I would probably go with a large, although an XL fits good.
